Boston, MA
Boston Consulting Group
Summary:
When BCG moved into its new global headquarters in Boston’s Seaport District, they also reimagined their relationship with art. Consistently ranked as one of the top 5 places to work in the U.S., the company has a diverse and engaged employee base. We developed and currently maintain a multi-faceted, dynamic art initiative that involves annual art rotations, temporary exhibitions, vibrant and immersive installations, and art that reflects BCG’s values.
In addition to adding new and rotating art to the space, we also deaccessioned art that no longer had a home in the new HQ - a highlight was donating a group of pieces to Pine Street Inn’s transitional housing program.
Boston’s local NPR station, WBUR, covered the initiative in a thoughtful piece that aired in the fall of 2018.
